Music Files

Here you will find a collection of music that I have written or co-written.

"SymTest"

"SymTest" is a test-bed for my new compositional software and equipment; it is an orchestral piece. This version is being improved upon and will be updated soon. As it stands, it is a pretty good indicator of what I was trying to accomplish. The most important improvements will be in the dynamic and effects (reverb) elements.

NEWS! This is the final version of "SymTest" as of May 30th, 2005. It's not prefect, but it was a learning experience. Now it is time to move on to a new composition. Stay tuned.

"King Kool"

"King Kool" is a piece I co-wrote with my friend Johnnie Viggins, one of the best guitarists I've ever known. I programmed the synth, sang, and engineered. Enjoy.

"Hat"

"Hat" is one of the first songs I wrote after purchasing my Korg N364 synth back in 1996 (I think). I still have that keyboard and use its sounds.

"Salaam Bombay"

I was inspired to write this one after seeing the movie of the same name (it means salute to Bombay). I even make a bad attempt at singing in Hindi . . . what comes out is a corrupted version of "The tea is not sweet today." You'll also hear that in English; "The Chai (tea) ain't sweet today." Ironically, it's just as hard to understand. But that's rock music.
